Our Greatest Asset
As we kick off another build this week in Whitehouse, we wanted to take some time to reflect on how some of our previous clients felt about their experiences with BCH.
We asked a former client, Stefanie Schaffer, to share her experience. Between traveling during the week for work and managing all the responsibilities that a mother of four handles outside of work, Stefanie is very busy juggling demands on her time. Luckily for us, she was gracious enough step back for a second and share her home buying experience:
“After looking at multiple custom homes from reputable builders, I thought I found what I wanted, then I walked through the front door of my Bobolink Custom Home, and knew immediately this was the one!
I had never heard of Bobolink, but after viewing the home I could tell immediately the craftsmanship and high-end materials were far superior to the other builders, and in the same price range. Jeff and Alex put their entire heart and creativity into the design and finishes of the home. I absolutely love the gourmet kitchen and gigantic master en suite. I get so many compliments from visitors on the unique design of each space. The color scheme is creative and the layout is so practical for our active family of six.
Jeff was readily available at all times to answer any questions and truly made our purchase a breeze. He met all deadlines and completed all requests in a timely manner. My children especially enjoyed the “movie night” gift he left for us with candy and popcorn, it was such a welcoming touch.
Bobolink Custom Homes comes highly recommended from the Schaffer family in Whitehouse Ohio!”
Providing families like the Schaffers the ideal home for their unique lifestyles is what gets us out of bed in the morning. Their satisfaction and the reputation we build from serving clients well will always be our company's greatest asset.

A company's greatest asset will always be it's people. Frontliners maybe very impressive to look at but the real beauty in every organization is found inside the hearts of persons assigned to take care of the internal customers. Employees leave even if they are given a ridiculously high pay checks when they are unhappy with their relationship with their bosses. Board members who wish to take no part in operations maybe very cool drinking buddies but workers stay if the people they are with from eight to five are cooler than the bosses.
